Dear Parishioners,

BORDENS ANNUAL PARISH MEETING: 15TH MAY 2025 FROM 6P.M. at the PAVILION, WISES LANE.

You are warmly invited to the Borden Annual Parish Meeting – a key opportunity to hear updates from the Parish Council and local groups and to have your say on the future of our community.

What is the Annual Parish Meeting?

This community meeting is required by law to take place between March 1st and June 1st.

This is a community meeting, which can be summoned by:

➢ The Chairman of the Parish Council,

or ➢ Two Parish Councillors,

or ➢ Six local government electors.

Your Voice Matters! It’s an open meeting for electors to discuss and suggest topics relevant to our community.

If you would like to present a report or share updates on your group’s activities, please contact the Parish Clerk at: [email protected] no later than Monday 5th May 2025.

The meeting is your chance to:

• Hear reports from the Parish Council and local groups.

• Share your thoughts on issues that matter to you and your community.

• Participate in an open forum where any elector can contribute suggestions or comments.

Agenda: An agenda will be available 7 days before the meeting at: www.bordenparishcouncil.gov.uk
